How to reach us

Everything you need to plan your journey to Singh Villa.

01 — Where we are

Ranikhet, Uttarakhand

Almora–Ranikhet–Kosi Road, Turkaura, Majkhali, Ranikhet, Uttarakhand 263652

Nearest airport: Pantnagar (PGH), roughly 4 hours by road. International guests usually fly into Delhi (DEL) and connect, or continue by train.

Nearest railway station: Kathgodam, roughly 3 hours by road. Fast trains such as the Shatabdi run from Delhi to Kathgodam.

Roughly 9–10 hours from Delhi via Haldwani and Ranikhet. Mountain roads can be slow — we recommend arriving before dark.

Taxis are easily available at Kathgodam and Pantnagar. Ask us and we will help you find a reliable driver.

02 — When to visit

Mar – Jun

Pleasant days and cool evenings. Ideal for walks, sightseeing and escaping the plains heat.

Jul – Sep

Lush and green, but heavy rain can delay mountain roads. Keep your plans flexible.

Oct – Nov

Crisp air and the clearest Himalayan views of the year. Our favourite season.

Dec – Feb

Cold nights and cosy days; snow is possible at higher altitudes. Pack warm layers.
